  Chapter 1.28: End of a Tiny Era

   The Little household was trying to stay busy over the next few days. Charley and Akira went out to Windenburg and put a down payment on a plot of land. They met with a few contractors and settled on some house plans. They were going for a nice two story with at least 5 bedrooms. After all, they didn't know how much bigger their little family was about to grow. 

By the looks of it, Charley had quite the belly going. Deep down she was slightly worried that she might be carrying twins. (Just look at her 2nd trimester baby bump compared to Bess's who is about to give birth) With hers and Akira's busy work schedule, she didn't think raising twins was exactly ideal. But they'd make it work if it happened. There were a few more luxuries they requested which means that they'll have to wait a little longer for the project to be finished. 

Until then, it was the last chance the Little Family had to take advantage of their tiny home.

Amber spent most of her time with her learning blocks as well as how to communicate. 

Archer invited his Grandma over so that he could get to know her better. 

"So I heard that grandpa sleeps in the doghouse sometimes. Is it because you don't love him?"

"Well Archer, dear. There will come a time in your life when you will meet a nice lady or gentlemen. And when you do, sometimes you will fight with them about silly things. When that happens, no matter what you believe or think, they will always be right."

"But what if they aren't?"

"Even if they are wrong, sometimes you got to set your pride aside for the sake of your marriage. So long as they are not cheating on you, then you got to do what you probably don't want to do."

And final trimester bump check. Charley is getting there, but she's so round that she can't see anything underneath her.
